Hull Pelleting
Having experience in the biomass industry, BK Engineers also provides pelleting of hulls with a high cellulose ratio with the pellet mills it has developed.
The hulls of energy-boosting products such as hazelnut, sunflower, soybean, coffee, and peanut are pelleted to increase density. Increasing density allows the same mass to occupy less volume, which provides advantages in logistics.
While some of the pelletized hulls can be used as fuel, others can be used as raw material for feed.
